Top apps to improve your productivity

Updated: Oct 30, 2018

If you struggle with being organized and/or productive, take a look at these apps! Most of them are free too!

Evernote

Evernote helps you focus on what matters most and have access to your information when you need it. You can input typed notes or scan handwritten notes. Add to-do’s, photos, images, web pages, or audio ... and it’s all instantly searchable. Organize notes any way you want and share with anyone. Evernote even syncs across your devices so your information is always with you, everywhere you go.

ForestApp

If you want to temporarily put down your phone and focus on what's more important in real life, you can plant a seed in Forest. As time goes by, this seed will gradually grow into a tree. However, if you cannot resist the temptation of using your phone and leave the app, your tree will wither. Kind of cool, right? The sense of achievement and responsibility will encourage you to stay away from your phone, and will help you make better use of your time. Stop getting distracted by your phone, and come back to reality. We promise it's worth it.

Google Drive

Google Drive is a safe place for all your files and puts them within reach from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. Files in Drive – like your videos, photos, and documents – are backed up safely so you can’t lose them. Any work added it automatically saved too! Once there, you can easily invite others to view, edit, or leave comments on any of your files or folders. It's a go-to app when it comes to group projects.
